Thank you for shopping at A World With You Travel Store! We’re here for you to make any returns or exchanges easy and simple.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Clearance items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Once we have received the return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your credit card statement varies from bank to bank.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a picture of the defect or damage at info@aworldwithyoutravel.com

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
A World With You Travel LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the delivery address provided with the order.
